Never heard of Emmy's before but was walking by and it seemed like a real nice place. Decided to give it a try and well it was one of the best pizza I have had. It is not just your typical pizza shop. It is an upscale restaurant and will worth the stop. Found out there is one in Atlanta and will definitely will be going there again.

Came here to catch up with a friend. He had suggested to come here and been wanting to try it. I had never heard of it, but I'm glad he suggested it! He got the vodka pizza (vodka sauce, basil, and pecorino) and said it was really good. I got the angel pizza, and it was delicious. It had truffle mushroom cream, ricotta cheese, and mushrooms. I think it is now my favorite pizza in Birmingham. We both ended up eating all of our respective pizzas - it was that good. I also did get the Not From the Stand drink (vodka, lime juice, cherry, and sprite) and it was great too. They have a lot of other options if you aren't feeling pizza that day. The burgers and sandwiches look good, as do several of the appetizers (wings and zia fries especially). So yeah... I'll definitely want to come back here again.

Don't walk run to this new pizza spot!! It doesn't even feel like you're in Birmingham when you walk into this restaurant . The staff was very polite and answered all of our multiple questions about every little thing on the menu the price point for the food that you're getting is perfect.! Every item we ordered was amazing. this place will definitely be one of my new regular spots. I would highly recommend you giving them a try.

We stopped here just because the reviews said they had gluten free. We ordered the pizza and the Brussel sprout salad. The salad was mediocre. Didn't seem really fresh though. The pizza was good. I'm fairly new to gluten great eating and I could t tell the crust was gluten free. It was good. Pizzas with 6 slices are around $14-$19. We had to wait quite a while for the gluten free crust and got a discount for having to wait so long. Service was excellent. Not a place for large parties.

I went with my family and we all enjoyed everything we got. We devoured the Zia fries and each got a different pizza. We all went home with leftovers.

I want to update that my girlfriends and I returned with a group of 6. Our reservation was useful as we were seated immediately. We ordered a bunch of things to share and we all tried different cocktails. Our drinks were great and a lot of fun. The bartender was a little overwhelmed but then again mixing 6 different cocktails takes a few minutes, so no points deducted for that. We ordered 2 of the Brussels sprouts salads, one with chicken, the marinated cucumbers (which we enjoyed so much we added in a second order of them), 2 pizzas, and an order of fries. The pizzas we chose were colony and a special that I believe had ricotta on it. We devoured and savored all of the dishes we ordered. No disappointments whatsoever! When it was all said and done we had a great feast with cocktails for a very reasonable price, in a picturesque environment with great service. Our waiter really took care to keep all of our orders straight. I have since made a to go order for the Brussels sprout salad with chicken that my friends and I still dream about. We plan to go back soon for another girls night! I understand some places are inconsistent, but I have seen none of that myself and can't wait to return.
